Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for all our clients.

Services Provided

Izzy’s Auto Spa offers high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing. We do not offer mobile detailing, vehicle pick-up, or drop-off services.

Bookings and Payments

All appointments must be made through our official booking system. Payment is due upon completion of services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to remove all valuables and personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service. Any items left in the vehicle will be collected and placed in a bag on the front passenger seat. Izzy’s Auto Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

Liability and Release

All customers must sign a liability waiver and service release form before any detailing begins. This is required for insurance compliance and company documentation. Failure to sign this form will result in cancellation of the appointment.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

To reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may be subject to denial of future bookings.

Business Hours

Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Policy Changes

Izzy’s Auto Spa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
